Div/Dept/Unit/Sect: Transaction Banking
Location: Ha Noi
1) Job Purpose (Briefly state you job's overall objective)
Assisting Indochina Head Transaction Banking to deliver the Sales budget for Trade & Cash Management business, manage the growth of Trade & Cash Management clients, Deposits and fee based revenue through customer acquisitions; across the entire business regions for local and regional in order to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the Transaction Banking and Global Banking Group. Responsible for:
a. Be responsible to achieve the Sales Budget as defined in the balance score card.
b. To identify/develop Business Sales Opportunities for Trade & Cash Management services from new and existing clients.
c. To manage sales pipeline which include up selling & cross selling of the Bank related product & solution.
d. To work with all product partners and other channels within Maybank Vietnam to drive and deepen the wallet size and increase market utilisation of Trade & Cash Management solutions and services.
e. To assist the bank in providing efficient pre & post services of trade & cash management to all customers by assessing and provide input to improve on existing products features.
f. To monitor all trade finance & cash management transactions are adequately supported by operations staff and the relevant controls are duly emplaced to mitigate the bank's risks.
g. To provide appropriate and high quality of advisory services on trade finance & cash management for existing and potential customers.
h. To compile the relevant trade business reports as required by management from time to time.
i. To ensure that all applicable laws and regulations in Vietnam and internal policies and procedures on trade businesses are complied with at all time..
2) Principal Accountabilities (Describe the important end results you are expected to achieve. Start with the most important).
Manage business development with new and existing customers
• Target marketing by working closely with Client Coverage and leveraging the business relationships to deepening the wallet size and by facilitating more businesses from existing customers
• Networking with existing customers and sourcing for quality leads from other business units
Customer Relationship Management and Interface
• Understand and track customers' business and industry trends and opportunities
• Build and enhance rapport with customers
• Provide consultative advise and services to meet customer requirements and needs
• Ensure SLA turnaround time for Letter of Offer processing is adhered to
• Coordinate with the various units in achieving the smooth implementation of Trade & Cash Management to new and existing customers
Enhance earning potential and revenue relationship
• Understand customers' needs and package the services/ facilities right the first time
• Facilitate early utilization of the system (for new customers) and boost its present utilization (for existing customers)
• Up-sell Trade & Cash Management services and cross- sell the Bank's other services and products

Qualification
Level of Education: Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or above related to Banking & Finance, English fluency
Years of Experience: At least 5 years of related experience in Trade Sales & Cash Management.
Discipline/Related Field: Banking, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Business.
Competencies
Selling skills, Payable Managements, Receivables Managements, Liquidity Management, Transaction Banking, Internet Banking, Electronic Payments, SWIFT
Level of Education: Preferably a Bachelor's Degree or above related to Banking & Finance, English fluency
