2. Lập kế hoạch và thiết kế kiểm thử / Test Planning and Design
Xây dựng kế hoạch kiểm thử (Test Plan), bao gồm các phương pháp và chiến lược kiểm thử phù hợp.
Develop a Test Plan, including appropriate testing methods and strategies.
Viết các test case chi tiết (bao gồm điều kiện kiểm thử, kịch bản và kết quả mong đợi).
Write detailed test cases (including test conditions, scenarios, and expected results).
Review và cập nhật test plan, test cases để đảm bảo độ chính xác và hiệu quả.
Review and update the Test Plan and test cases to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
3. Thực hiện kiểm thử và tạo báo cáo / Test Execution and Reporting
Thực hiện kiểm thử (manual/automation) dựa trên các test case đã thiết kế, ghi nhận lỗi phát hiện và tạo báo cáo kiểm thử chi tiết.
Execute tests (manual/automation) based on the designed test cases, record defects, and generate detailed test reports.
Thực hiện Unit Test để kiểm tra chức năng cơ bản trước khi bàn giao cho kiểm thử tích hợp (SIT).
Perform Unit Testing to verify basic functionalities before handing over to System Integration Testing (SIT).
Hỗ trợ nhóm dự án và khách hàng trong các giai đoạn kiểm thử như SIT, UAT, PREPRO, PROD.
Support the project team and clients during testing phases: SIT (System Integration Testing), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), PREPRO (Pre-Production), and PROD (Production).
4. Tài liệu hóa và đào tạo / Documentation and Training
Viết tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng phần mềm cho người dùng cuối (User Manual).
Write User Manuals for end-users.
Cập nhật tài liệu kiểm thử (Test Plan, Test Cases, Bug Reports, v.v.) khi có thay đổi yêu cầu.
Update testing documentation (Test Plan, Test Cases, Bug Reports, etc.) when requirements change.
Rút ra bài học kinh nghiệm sau khi hoàn thành dự án và chia sẻ kinh nghiệm với nhóm để cải tiến quy trình kiểm thử.
Extract lessons learned after project completion and share knowledge with the team to improve testing processes.
5. Tuân thủ quy định và hỗ trợ dự án / Compliance and Project Support
Tuân thủ các quy định về an toàn thông tin của công ty và khách hàng.
Adhere to the information security policies of both the company and clients.
Đảm bảo an toàn và bảo mật thông tin trong từng dự án cụ thể.
Ensure data security and confidentiality in each specific project.
Hỗ trợ tư vấn và đánh giá chất lượng trong các dự án khác khi cần.
Provide consultation and quality assessment support for other projects as needed.
Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Hệ thống Thông tin hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan.
A degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields.
Có ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực
kiểm thử phần mềm hoặc vị trí tương đương.
At least 3 year of experience in software testing or a similar position.
Thành thạo trong việc đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và yêu cầu bằng tiếng Anh.
Proficiency in reading and understanding technical documentation and requirements in English.
Hiểu biết về quy trình kiểm thử phần mềm (manual/automation) và các công cụ hỗ trợ kiểm thử như JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, v.v.
Knowledge of software testing processes (manual/automation) and testing tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, etc.
Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch, thiết kế và thực hiện các test case hiệu quả.
Skills in planning, designing, and executing test cases effectively.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về lập trình là một lợi thế.
Basic knowledge of programming is a plus.
