Manufacturing Finance Manager

Financial Planning & Budgeting:
Develop and manage the annual manufacturing budget and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall company financial goals.
Cost Accounting & Control:
Monitor and analyze manufacturing costs, including raw materials, labor, overhead, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Implement cost control measures.
Variance Analysis:
Conduct detailed variance analysis comparing actual manufacturing costs to budgets and forecasts; provide insights and recommendations to manufacturing leadership.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to manufacturing operations, including production costs, efficiency metrics, and profitability.
Inventory & Working Capital Management:
Oversee inventory valuation and ensure optimal working capital levels through efficient management of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and quality teams to support operational goals and financial performance.
Capital Expenditure Analysis:
Evaluate and support approval of capital expenditures related to manufacturing equipment, facilities, and technology upgrades.
Compliance & Internal Controls:
Ensure compliance with financial policies, regulatory requirements, and maintain strong internal controls over manufacturing financial processes.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations within manufacturing to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and automation.
