Our highly respected client is seeking for a proactive and experienced Operational Excellence Specialist with at least 5 years' experience for the job of Manufacturing Operational Excellence Specialist. The job is based in Binh Duong, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
Reporting to Head of Department, the Manufacturing Operational Excellence Specialist will provide technical expertise and lead the entire manufacturing process of producing medicines and vaccinations.
Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for Operational Excellence programs and initiatives at the site in alignment with Global
· Accountable for site Validation Master Plan and keeping processes in validated status
· Understanding the science and purpose of the product/process, Critical Process Parameters, Critical Quality Attributes and Product Flow Diagram
· Performing technical review and impact assessment of deviations
· Responsible for technical side of Annual Product Review and manufacturability review process
· Utilizing statistical data methodology to design and execute experimental work
· Understanding of Quality by Design and applying principles for development of control strategy.
Yêu cầu
· University degree preferred
· Minimum 5 years of experience in Technical Service Manufacturing in pharmaceutical company
· Strong communication skills in English
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, statistics tools and softwares
· LSS Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
