Our highly respected client is seeking for a proactive and experienced Process Control Specialist in pharmaceutical/life science with at least 3 years' experience for the job of Manufacturing Process Control Specialist. The job is based in Binh Duong, Vietnam.
Job Summary:
Reporting to Head of Department, the Manufacturing Process Control Specialist will focus on the process operation from monitoring, control and optimization of manufacturing processes.
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide technical expertise for related processes: deviations, change controls, operating, equipment operating parameters, process effectiveness and efficiency
· Understand the purpose and science of the process, Product Flow Diagram and Critical Process Parameters
· Support the management of daily operations
· Possess the ability to lead process related Root Cause Problem Solving and provide process expertise in all incident investigation
· Identify process bottlenecks troubleshoot and determine effective countermeasures
· Ensure practice and procedure are correct and modified by working with shift supervision and operators where discrepancies exist.
· University Degree preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Be able to communicate in English
· Knowledge of GMP, quality and safety regulations
· Proven ability to work well independently and in a team at MNC companies
· Strong Root Cause Problem Solving/Root Cause Analysis understanding
· Knowledge of statistical tools
