About the role
As a Market Launch Manager, you are the Country Owner for assigned markets. You take a market from planning to launch, coordinating cross-functional teams, building local partnerships, solving execution challenges, and ensuring every milestone is delivered on time.
You don't own every function, but you own the outcome. Acting as the "mini GM" during the launch phase, you bring together Legal, Finance, HR, Operations, Infrastructure, Product and local teams to turn a market launch plan into a successful business.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership naturally, and enjoys building businesses from zero.
What you'll own
1. Country Launch
- Own end-to-end delivery of assigned market launches from kickoff to go-live.
- Build launch plans, manage timelines and ensure market readiness.
- Drive launch governance and coordinate cross-functional execution.
2. Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Build relationships with key local partners, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
- Lead negotiations where required to enable successful market entry.
3. Execution & Problem Solving
- Identify risks early and drive solutions before they impact launch.
- Balance competing priorities and make fast, data-driven decisions.
- Adapt launch plans to local market realities while maintaining global standards.
4. Operational Readiness
- Ensure all launch workstreams-including infrastructure, fleet, operations, legal and people-are aligned for go-live.
- Work closely with the Infrastructure & Market Setup Manager to ensure physical readiness.
- Support post-launch stabilization until operations are handed over.

What you bring
- 5-8+ years in market expansion, startup operations, consulting implementation, strategic projects, international
business development or program delivery.
- Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong commercial judgment, stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working internationally with extensive travel.
- Fluent English.
- Experience launching a new country, business unit or large-scale operation.
- Background in mobility, technology, logistics, retail, fintech or other fast-scaling industries.
- Experience working across multiple countries and cultures.
- Comfortable operating in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
