Research enterprise software and SaaS trends
Establish and build SaaS platforms targeting global enterprises and SMBs
Plan and implement research about customers, products and market trends
Analyze, synthesize data and report the results to support the decision-making process on strategy, product/service design, pricing and promotion
Based on research and survey results, propose changes in products / services and the effective way to approach customers
Share best practice with your teammates

1.5y+ experience in market research or data analytics
Experienced in data modelling is a strong point
Flexible in using search engines, website analytics and business research
Quantitative, analytical, logical, and good at managing numbers and data
English at comprehension level
Detail-oriented
Good at logical and critical thinking
