Requirements:
1. Have good analytical skills and critical thinking.
2. Candidate must be a citizen of Vietnam and a native speaker.
3. Candidate must be fluent in English.
4. Have good communication skills (verbal and textual), integrity, and creativity.
5. Able to analyze information and to correlate between information.
6. Experienced in retail industry is preferable.
7. Experienced in market research is preferable.
8. Tech-savvy and able to operate Google Workspace.
9. Adequate knowledge and experience in data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
Responsibility:
1. Plan, conduct, and analyze the research activities to gather information about retail business.
2. Create reports based on findings from research projects, including recommendations for future action based on data analysis.
3. Evaluate the quality of research by ensuring that the research design is appropriate for the objectives of the research project.
4. Conduct SWOT analysis.
