Mô tả công việc
- SALES PERFORMANCE TRACKING: Daily tracking and reporting to line managers, also propose & execution solutions for new issues happen on ground.
- MARKET FIELD: Close to market and Sales team to understand, evaluate and report to line manager the actual execution
- REPORT & ANALYSIS: Learning Marketing Research, collect data, input data to system, analyze data to prepare weekly and monthly report.
- OPERATION SUPPORTS: Supporting line manager and Marketing team smoothly operating daily tasks (Eg: Meeting arrangement, take lead Documents and follow up company process, payment process) .
- PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT: Quickly learning & pro-active raising demands at skills & knowledge need to be coached to answer job requirements.
Yêu cầu
Experience: 1 year experience as same position
Skills:
- Good skills at Business Application, especially Excel
- Good skills at English, data analysis, problem solving, verbal communication, structural thinking.
Competency:
- Opening to various opinions and desiring to new knowledge learning.
- Well adapt to situation changes and take action rather than take emotion.
- Transparency, integrity, honesty and straightness will match well to the culture.
