• To improve the digital customer experience for Digibox business in Vietnam and Cambodia
• To explore the sales opportunities in omnichannel (Web, Social platforms, Marketplace, Tele)
• To strengthen the marketing activities with functionalization of
Trade marketing and Digital marketing
Areas of Responsibility
• To identify and realize marketing opportunities for Digibox in Vietnam and Cambodia
• To strengthen Digibox online presence
• To optimise Digibox website SEO
• To develop an annual digital marketing calendar that supports the business marketing strategies working within the budget restraints (SEM)
• Implement and evaluate well executed retail marketing activities on digital platforms for all Events and selling promotions that enhances brand image at retail and generates new traffic, click-through and sell-through of products.
• Identify and work with brand partners such as banks to maximize opportunities and budget.
• Be the communicator of all marketing related programs between merchandising, trade marketing, store operations and all relevant parties
• Propose, evaluate & coordinating with advertising agency, PR agency as and when required by the marketing team.
• Build Customer loyalty through the effective management of the MAPcare, MAP club program
• Conduct regular marketing assessment to quantify opportunities and uncover new opportunities via primary and/or secondary research.
• Effectively Liaise with Apple brand principals wherever necessary and deliver their A&P marcom plans.
• Recruit and train a highly motivated Team
