The Marketing & Campaign Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of all events of B2B and B2C Marketing. They will be supervised by the Country Marketing Manager. They also have a responsibility for the development in sponsorship/trade/business arrangements,relationship with businesses, individuals and organizations and implementation of the marketing and public relations plans to support Vietnam's advertiser and client event and activities. They must have the knowledge of online media, Ad
Words, combined with communication skills and analytical abilities to add values to clients' marketing. They will be an account strategist to ensure that Client's ads campaign achieving the best result and their high level of satisfaction.
*** Marketing:
- Plan, manages, execute and grow business presence across various offline events and partnerships.
- Coordinate event logistics, publicity, including public relations, advertising and collateral material design, production and distribution.
- Providing strategic and tactical recommendation and budgeting to further improve and grow Client's offline event marketing strategy.
Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions
- Tracking and maintaining offline event KPIs.
- Supervise and coordinate with event contractors.
- Post event analysis and report.
- Conduct research, make site visits, and find resources to help product stakeholder to make decisions about event possibilities.
- Other duties as directed and required.
*** Campaign:
- Monitor and analyze advertising campaigns in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimize ad campaigns.
- Encourage advertisers to incorporate Client's various ad strategies and features to optimize their campaign performance.
- Provide campaign updates and recommendations, and ensure that our advertisers are satisfied with their ads campaign performance.
- Be the point of contacts for clients for day-to-day requests such as ads approval, billing.
- Work with clients and technical teams to troubleshoot and improve performance of campaigns
- Assist Client team members in customer training and orientation on Client's products
Yêu cầu
- University / College degree preferred.
- Advertising/Marketing/Management/Business Studies/Commerce/Mass Communication or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 2 year experience in related field.
- Experience in managing external vendors and stakeholders (Event & PR agencies)
- Minimum 2 years experience in Ad
Words Campaign with managing experience with other Client's products.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Understanding of reach and frequency planning for digital media is preferred
- Experience in managing events preferred
- Proven experience in creating, executing, and managing offline event campaigns in Vietnam
- Familiar with Client's product and other key competitive products and platforms in the market, hands-on implementing and optimizing campaigns
- Ability to analyze a digital campaign and identify optimization opportunities
- High mobility and willing to travel upon company's event requirement
- Excellent in English and Vietnamese, both in Oral and Written
- Passionate about digital marketing & social media
