Mission
The Integrated Marketing Communications Executive is responsible for developing and executing integrated communication initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, engage target audiences, and support business objectives. This role combines creative content development, brand communication, social media management, campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Communication & Campaign Planning
• Support the development and execution of integrated marketing communication plans for brand, product, and corporate campaigns.
• Coordinate communication activities across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Digital, and other departments to ensure message consistency.
• Monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Support budget tracking and vendor management activities.
2. Creative Concept Development
• Generate creative concepts and communication ideas for campaigns, events, product launches, and brand initiatives.
• Develop campaign themes, taglines, key messages, and storytelling angles.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas aligned with brand objectives.
• Create creative briefs for
designers, video producers, agencies, and other stakeholders.
3. Content Creation & Production
• Write and edit content across multiple channels, including:
○ Social media
○ Websites
○ Landing pages
○ ZNS
○ PR materials
○ Video scripts
○ Advertising copy
• Develop high-quality copy that supports both branding and lead-generation objectives.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to ensure content quality and consistency.
• Support video content production from ideation to final delivery.
4. Social Media & Community Management
• Manage and maintain social media platforms.
• Develop and execute content calendars.
• Monitor audience engagement and community conversations.
• Identify emerging social media trends and recommend relevant content opportunities.
• Track competitor communication activities and industry trends.
5. PR, Media & Stakeholder Management
• Assist in drafting press releases and media materials.
• Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners, influencers, and external vendors.
• Support media events, press conferences, and corporate communication activities.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
6. Event & Brand Activation Support
• Support planning and execution of marketing events, student activities, corporate events, and brand activations.
• Coordinate communication materials and promotional assets for events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all event touchpoints.
7. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Monitor communication performance metrics across channels.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Prepare regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Optimize content based on performance insights and business objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Languages, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Content, Creative, PR, or related roles.

• Strong understanding of brand communication and content marketing.
