Job description:
We are looking for a talented Marketing Communications Specialist to manage our communication campaigns and projects, create engaging content, manage our social media accounts and websites, run ad campaigns and analyze performance to drive our brand's online presence. The ideal candidate should be passionate about communication, online media, creative, data-driven, with a keen understanding of current trends and best practices. If you're an A-player, someone who thinks outside the box and is ready to grow beyond limits, then this role was made for you.
What you'll be doing:
• Campaign and Project management: Develop integrated marketing communications plans and implements communication strategies to achieve marketing goals
• Developing and Owning Strategy: Create, execute, and optimize a killer online media strategy that drives engagement and growth.
• Channel management: Own the websites and social media channels; consolidate content calendar; engage with customers and followers
• Content creation: design visuals and create content via graphic design, photography, visual communication, and digital media
• Trend Spotting: Always be ahead of the curve, identify trends and leverage them before anyone else.
• Innovation: Bring fresh ideas to the table and execute them fearlessly.
• Analyzing performance: Break down the data, figure out what's working, and double down on success.
Yêu cầu
• Proven experience as a social media manager or in a similar creative role (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
• Excellent project management, presentation and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks
• Have in-depth knowledge of brand development and multichannel marketing models
• Must be a creative and strategic thinker
• Experience in creating online media strategies
• Excellent working knowledge of software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere etc.; demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
• Familiarity with paid advertising
