Act as the main point of contact for customer post-service engagement to understand their experiences and gather feedback.
Insight Gathering:
Conduct client interviews, surveys, and feedback sessions to identify customer insights and improvement areas.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams (SEO, Web, and
Content Creator) to relay customer feedback and suggest enhancements.
Record Maintenance:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Reporting:
Develop and present daily reports on customer insights and satisfaction metrics.
Complaint Resolution:
Assist in resolving customer complaints or escalations by coordinating with relevant departments.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention.
