Design and implement strategic events to reach marketing and sales objectives (lead generation, branding, awareness, education)
Lead the execution of Hotel Link events or event-related activities, including Hotel Link-owned and external event programs (workshops, seminars, webinars, sponsorships, etc.) by handling on-site logistics, coordination, on-site troubleshooting, and develop a comprehensive pre-event and post-event detailed communication process
Lead multi-divisional teams of stakeholders
Develop and manage execution of event project plan and strategy brief for critical activities and communications, including logistics, presentations, visual audio, Internet, etc.
Conduct internal meetings with executive staff and other internal partners to strategize, execute and communicate event programs
Act as main point of contact for event facility and vendors
Manage overall event budget and associated spending

Strong individual contributor with extraordinary organizational, time and project management skills
Ability to make quick decisions before, during, and post-event based on unexpected circumstances
Consistent record of successfully meeting deadlines while handling multiple projects
You work well independently while knowing when to strategically collaborate with internal partners
Ability to handle multiple projects at once while meeting clear-cut deadline
You have utilized CRM and marketing automation tools is preferred
2 years+ of experience working with workshops, seminars, webinars and corporate events
Bachelor's degree (marketing, business, hospitality or related field preferred)
