Job responsibilities:
1. According to monthly activity strategy, take charge of refinement of various types of activities (such as circle, warming, large-scale theme activities arrangements).
2. Take charge of decorations and selling points as well as values of Forest City in sales gallery and display areas.
3.
Communicate with suppliers and take charge of implementation of finishing packaging design documents, process materials, size installation, construction period and other related work in time.
4.
Take charge of integration of resources and implementation activities as well as following up the progress and needs of decorations independently.
Nội dung công việc:
1. Lập kế hoạch và thực thi các chương trình liên quan doanh thu mỗi tháng
2. Phụ trách chương trình tuyên truyền, quảng cáo cho các hạng mục như chuẩn bị vật tư, bố trí hiện trường, giao tiếp công việc với các bộ ngành khác.
3. Thông qua việc trang trí để tạo phong cách và ấn tượng cho trung tâm tiêu thụ, khu mẫu.
4. Giao tiếp với nhà cung ứng để làm tốt công việc trang trí như tài liệu thiết kế, tài liệu công nghệ, lắp đặt, kích cỡ, thời gian hoàn thành...
5. Tổng hợp các yếu tố để thực thi chương trình và theo dõi nhu cầu và thời gian trang trí cho hiện trường.

Job qualifications
1. Full-time bachelor's degree and above. Priorities will be granted to those with majors related to real estate operation . marketing, Economy, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertisement, etc.
2. Meticulous and quick witted with excellent affinity and anti-pressure ability.
3. At least 2 years of sales and marketing experience in real estate industry with excellent performance. priority will be given to those who have experience of taking marketing activities of large-scale real estate projects.
4. Good creative ability, communication and understanding ability as well as team work ability.
5. Excellency in Chinese or English (reading and writing are good) . Priority will be granted to those who know languages of target countries.
