Aim of Function:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to execute marketing activities in Vietnam and manage our events. This role plays an essential part in implementing campaigns and managing regular branding and marketing initiatives in Vietnam while collaborating with the Regional Marketing team for activities across Southeast Asia. You will oversee Vietnam's marketing efforts, focus on brand development, customer experience, and loyalty to enhance our brand equity.
Responsibilities:
1. Marketing and Branding:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies, brand initiatives, advertising, and campaigns tailored for the Vietnam market.
- Provide regular reports to the Regional
Marketing Manager to monitor the marketing budget and optimize fund allocation.
- Identify advertising opportunities; organize events, workshops, and fairs to the right audience.
2. Distributor Support:
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Marketing Manager and Sales team to offer marketing support and guidance to distributors in Vietnam.
- Work with both in-house and external creative agencies to design, produce, and manage marketing materials, including brochures, P.O.S.M, giveaways, and iTVC/adverts.
3. Social Media:
- Partner with the Regional Social Media Specialist to manage Vietnam's social media channels, including content translation, responding to inquiries promptly, and updating information in Salesforce.
- Craft, translate, and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative agencies to produce seasonal content, iTVC, and adverts.
4. Internal System Management:
- Lead management efforts: Design processes to log and track activities on Salesforce, while training and following up with the Sales team to ensure task completion.
- Liaise with the Global team and Sales requests to keep the Southeast Asia website updated regularly.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Experience in planning and managing marketing activity in a corporate or agency setting, furniture/decoration/art industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
