- Weekly newsletter

Create Messages
Help brainstorm ideas for effective marketing messages.
Coordinate with Collaborators
Work to coordinate information from a wide variety of sources including Help Desk, Knowledgebase, User feedback, Website, and Live Chat to keep a central store of information.
User Surveys
Create, schedule, and manage user surveys to understand user behavior and get their feedback.
Focus Groups
Use online tools such as Lookback, to observe user behavior and communicate the results to our design and development teams.
Engage Users
Participate directly with our QC team in helping customers via our HelpDesk and Live Chat applications.
Creatively engage our existing users through frequent contact.
Create Content
Work closely with design and development teams to understand that key features of the application and create content for all communications.
Interpret Data
Interpret data provided by various outputs (Google Analytics, social networks, website...), analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
