Mô tả công việc
➢ Project management
• Liaise with cross functions and countries stake holder, work as owner for projects: Artwork adaptation, consumer promotion, events...
Innovation: Support ABM/BM in NPD projects regarding developing product, packaging, marketing and trade marketing activities with cross functions and with agencies.
➢ Marketing communication
• Communication: Work closely with MKT partners and agencies to execute flawless brand communication.
• Always-on execution:
o Work with agencies to develop assets for always-on social media, on time in full.
o Content Best practice: coordinate with agency and share, recommend best practice with Brand team.
o Measurement DQ: support Media Manager in collecting data (Social, Paid Media, E-Commerce, D2C) to measure DQ score & give recommendation to Brand team for improvement.
• E-Business development:
o Collaborate with cross functions and agencies to provide materials and inputs for e-com activities monthly (CPAS materials, designs of deals, external gifts...).
o Execute and monitor livestream on Tiktok with E-com team and agencies.
➢ Marketing Reports
• Support line managers in all reporting, including monthly reports, quarterly report, AOP, campaign reports.
• Monthly expense management: Support line manager in managing spending expense, including work related to IO/PO/ contract/payment.
➢ Other work, assigned by line managers.
Yêu cầu
• Marketing background, at least 1-2 years experience in FMCG. Having female personal care experience is a plus. If not, you should have a strong passion towards beauty world, female personal care industry (shower gel, shampoo, facemask, skin care...).
