ABOUT THE JOB
The Marketing Executive will support the execution of marketing activities for ClassIn Vietnam, focusing on content development and visual production. This role requires creativity, strong content planning skills, and the ability to produce engaging visual materials that support brand awareness and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Development (40%)
• Develop and manage weekly and monthly content plans for ClassIn's social media channels, including Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Write and edit articles, blog posts, and educational content for the ClassIn website.
• Develop content for marketing communication materials, including campaign messaging, promotional posts, and product-related content.
• Support the growth and engagement of ClassIn's TikTok channel through creative content ideas, short-form video concepts, and trend-based content.
• Ensure all content maintains consistent brand voice and messaging.
2. Design & Video Production (40%)
• Design marketing materials including social media visuals, brochures, leaflets, banners, and other marketing assets.
• Produce short-form marketing videos for digital channels such as TikTok, Facebook, and advertising campaigns.
• Handle basic video shooting, editing, and post-production for marketing content.
• Ensure all visual materials follow ClassIn brand guidelines and visual identity.
3. Event Coordination & Other Marketing Activities (20%)
• Support the execution of marketing events, exhibitions, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Assist in preparing event materials, presentations, and promotional assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Support other marketing tasks as assigned by the
Marketing Manager.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management.
• Strong writing skills in Vietnamese, good spoken skills in English.
• Proficiency in graphic design and video editing (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content trends.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
