Your mission is to assist the Corporate Marketing team for Online Interface and other tasks assigned by your supervisor on spot and Head of the department.
(Job) Fulltime from 8.30 - 12.00 &13.30 - 17.30 Monday to Friday.
(Duties)
• Support the Webmaster in uploading data to the Agent Hub and Media Library websites. Make all necessary updates to the company site, minimizing mistakes, ensure the integrity of all information and photos.
• Assist Webmaster in optimization of the website, Agent Hub and Media Library etc...
• Coordinate the distribution of Product News via Easia travel's internal Workplace platform. Record the news and liaise with colleagues to ensure the news are up-to-date.
• Other duties as required.

Competencies:
- Fluent in English (from 5.5 IELTS or equivalent)
- Good on searching information on Google.
- Good MS-office skills (word, excel & PowerPoint)
- Good organization skills
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
The internship is based in Hanoi (Vietnam). The trainee should start to work as soon as possible. Length of the internship: 6 months
