Content Development and Publishing :
Plan and produce engaging content for multiple platforms, including Facebook, Website, YouTube, and TikTok.
Write creative captions, video descriptions, and compelling scripts tailored to different content formats (shorts, reels, long-form).
Design visual assets using Canva or equivalent tools to accompany social media and blog content.
Build and maintain a content calendar that ensures consistent posting across channels.
Campaign Execution and Ad Support :
Collaborate on digital campaign strategy and execution to support brand and sales goals.
Set up and assist with optimizing Ads campaigns, including targeting and performance review.
Coordinate campaign roll-outs, from post scheduling to copy refinement and creative alignment.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization :
Track and report key performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, CTR, and conversion.
Provide insights based on campaign performance to improve future content and targeting strategies.
Contribute to revising and updating communication plans based on real-time data and team feedback.
Team Collaboration and Growth Projects :
Work closely with the Sales, Design, and Partnership to align messaging and campaign timing.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new content ideas and creative formats.
Take part in internal initiatives that enhance our digital presence and customer communication.
Yêu cầu
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Comfortable using basic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalents.
A proactive self-starter with a collaborative spirit and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices and content marketing principles is a strong plus.
A portfolio of writing or design work is highly encouraged to demonstrate creativity and communication style.
