What You'll Own
Paid Ads (Core Growth Driver)
• Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google
• Test, optimize, and scale campaigns
• Control CPL and lead quality
Content Engine
• 30-50 short-form videos/month
• Focus on conversion, not views
• Work with editor to maintain consistent output
Funnels & Campaigns
• Ad → form → call optimization
• Retargeting, promotions, case studies
• Improve lead quality and conversion rate
Team Management & Client Support
• Manage editor, marketing exec, freelancers
• Supporting our clients with Marketing related requests.
KPIs
• 150-200+ qualified leads/month
• CPL within target
• Sales-approved lead quality
• 10-15 videos/week
• Weekly optimization cycles
First 90 Days
• Month 1: Audit + launch improved campaigns
• Month 2: Scale winning ads + stabilize content output
• Month 3: 100-150+ leads/month + working system

● 12+ months: Head of Marketing
To grow, you must consistently:
● Deliver 150-200+ leads/month
● Build a repeatable marketing system
● Operate independently without founder dependency
