Mô tả công việc
● Set up ad campaigns, test variations to determine the best performing, measure and report the performance of all
digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Google, Tiktok, etc.)
● Track and measure all digital marketing metrics, including actual spending, conversion rates, ROAS, etc.
● Lead the entire Ecommerce strategy and ensure the plan to be properly implemented in the appropriate marketing and brand strategy & timeline
● Master in promotion schemes setting, package registration for the best presence online, offering the best unique offers and outstanding services, unique experience to consumers
● Lead the full strategy from path to purchase to higher conversion rate %
● Grow Space T's Interior Community and pages on other social media platforms
● Update social media content across all channels
● Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
● Communicate effectively to all stakeholders, including the IT, CS, and BD team
Yêu cầu
● At least 3 years of work experience in Marketing field with hands-on experience on performance marketing, Ecommerce campaigns, social media, influencers, and affiliate marketing
● Excellent analytical and critical thinking with a data-driven mindset
● Outstanding team management, presentation and communication skills in collaborating with diverse, multi-functional teams
● Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
● Energetic, adaptable and fast learning
● Growth mindset, result-oriented, and self-starter
