This position Plays a key role in managing and implementing marketing strategies to increase the company's brand awareness (including domestic and international markets), thereby driving sales growth and strengthening the company's position.
1. Marketing planning and campaign building
Plan and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand values and target audiences.
Coordinate with the
Business Development department, develop marketing strategies appropriate to customer segments in each key market (America, Europe, Australia, etc.)
Plan and execute online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to increase traffic and conversions.
Develop a Branding strategy focusing on the company's USP (Unique Selling Point), based on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
Advise the Board of Directors on developing short, medium, and long-term brand strategies.
2. Online and Offline Marketing Implementing
Implement online and offline events according to the company's Marketing plan
Lead the team to implement the overall marketing strategy for the products and services provided, including traditional and
digital marketing.
SEO optimization: Ensure the website and content are optimized for search engines to increase visibility.
Plan and implement all digital marketing strategies, including Content, Seo, Fb Ads, GG ads...
Identify trends and insights, and optimize budget and performance based on insights.
3. Team Management & Leadership
Plan and assign work, monitor team member performance.
Lead, train, and develop the marketing team, ensuring smooth coordination of all activities.
Evaluate team performance and propose improvements.
4. Planning and reporting
Marketing planning for each month/quarter/year (Including online and offline marketing plans), in accordance with the company's budget and BOD requirements.
Effective management: Monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to the BOD
Synthesize reports and evaluate cost usage, results of each offline event and online campaign to the board of directors
