Upon successfully completing the Marketing Management Trainee Program, your career roadmap will continue as follows:
6-12 months: Senior Associate in Marketing Operations/Influencer Marketing.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
CEO Support: Assist the CEO with strategic projects, research, report preparation, and implementation of key initiatives. This position will be mentored and directed by the CEO.
Technical Savvy: Quickly learn and adapt to new technologies/AI and tools that enhance marketing efforts on Shopify platform. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to marketing operations.
Campaign Management: Setup, implement, and manage Meta Ads campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with our audience.
Communication and Collaboration: Maintain excellent communication and project management skills. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align marketing operations with business objectives.
Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing platforms. Demonstrate the ability to learn swiftly and apply new knowledge to ongoing projects.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights to optimize and improve results.
