Working Time:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (including 1-hour lunch break)
Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM
Off on Saturday afternoon and Sunday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across Brand, Trade, and
Digital Marketing in alignment with business objectives and brand direction.
Lead New Product Development (NPD) and product launch initiatives, including positioning, pricing, communication strategy, and go-to-market execution.
Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns; establish performance tracking systems and evaluate effectiveness through KPIs and ROI.
Conduct market and consumer research, monitor competitive landscape, and generate actionable marketing insights.
Channel Management & Cross-functional Collaboration
Manage and optimize multi-channel marketing activities, including Digital (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Website), PR, Events, and Offline Activation.
Partner closely with Sales,
Trade Marketing, and cross-functional teams to strengthen commercial performance and drive business growth.
Budget & Team Management
Manage marketing budget allocation and cost control to maximize ROI.
Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team; define responsibilities and monitor performance against KPIs.
Undertake additional assignments as directed by the Board of Directors.
Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Marketing, including at least 1 - 2 years in a managerial or equivalent role.
University degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong, comprehensive knowledge of Brand, Trade, and Digital Marketing.
Good planning, analytical, team management, and problem-solving skills.
Good English communication skills
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and relevant marketing tools.
