Lead and manage the
Digital Marketing team, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO/SEM/GEO, social media, affiliate marketing, and online advertising.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize ROI.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
Manage and control the digital marketing budget effectively.
Plan and implement Email Marketing, SEM, SEO, GEO activities, and social media content.
Create content ideas and collaborate on the development of microsites, webinars, forums, and landing pages.
Oversee the performance and content strategy of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Tripadvisor, etc.).
Work closely with the Sales team to align marketing campaigns with business objectives and maximize sales performance.
College/University degree in Marketing or Information Technology.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar digital
marketing leadership role.
Strong expertise in digital tools and platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Instagram, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, etc.
Solid understanding of SEO principles, website architecture, and on-page optimization.
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve campaign effectiveness.
Experience with web and landing page design is a plus.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
