Brand Strategy & Identity - Primary Focus
• Define and develop the Faslink Uniform brand positioning within the B2B segment
• Build and maintain a consistent brand identity system: brand guidelines, tone of voice, visual
standards, and key messaging architecture
• Ensure brand coherence across all touchpoints - sales materials, events, digital presence,
and client communications
• Lead brand relaunch and campaign initiatives aligned with business growth objectives
Marketing Planning & Budget Management
• Develop and own the annual and quarterly marketing plan for the Uniform Division
• Allocate and control the marketing budget by initiative; ensure cost efficiency and return on
spend
• Present budget utilization and performance outcomes to the Sales Director with clear data
and recommendations
KPI Measurement & Performance Reporting
• Design the marketing KPI framework for the division: brand awareness, lead generation,
engagement, and pipeline contribution
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data; translate insights into actionable
adjustments
• Deliver regular performance reports to leadership with clear commentary on results versus targets.
Trade Marketing & B2B Sales Support
• Develop sales enablement materials: catalogues, pitch decks, industry-specific presentations,
and proposal templates
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing messaging with client acquisition
priorities
• Design sector-targeted marketing programs to support
business development across key
industries
Team Leadership & Management
• Build, lead, and develop the Uniform Division's dedicated marketing team
• Assign responsibilities, set performance standards, and conduct regular evaluations
• Oversee output quality across content, design, digital, and event execution
Digital & Events - Oversight Role
• Set strategic direction for digital channels (social media, email, SEO/SEM) and industry
events and activations
• Provide sufficient oversight to evaluate team performance and campaign effectiveness -
hands-on execution of digital tools is not required.
Experience & Industry Background
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the apparel, uniform, or B2B fashion industry -
MANDATORY
• Proven track record of managing brand strategy and integrated marketing campaigns in a
B2B environment
Core Competencies
• Strong foundation in brand strategy: brand positioning, identity systems, and content
architecture
• Data-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to set, track, and report marketing KPIs
• Experience managing and controlling marketing budgets with accountability for ROI
• Leadership skills: ability to recruit, manage, delegate to, and develop a marketing team
• Working knowledge of
digital marketing (social media, email, SEO/SEM) sufficient to provide
strategic direction and evaluate team output
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English - written and verbal
Preferred
• Experience with uniform or corporate workwear products and their enterprise sales cycle
• Familiarity with B2B buyer behavior and procurement-driven decision processes
• Full ownership of brand strategy and marketing direction for the Uniform Division
