- Prepare annual Marketing plans and brand activation plans that are aligned with global brand strategies and positioning
- Lead the development of the brand strategy on the market and implementation of the brand activation channel plan for each of the brands to achieve defined business objectives across each category.
- Manage the A&P budget to within budget limits, as agreed with the brand principal and Head of Marketing
- Ensuring alignment across the Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain departments on forecasts, field sales needs, pricing and marketing initiatives
- Leading efforts to leverage the Global Brand Positioning and solidify the Brand's superiority through our customers and their stores.
- Providing seasoned leadership in the translation and implementation of the Marketing strategy into impactful programs, On-Premise and Off- Premise channels
- Be the category expert and monitor competitor pricing, competitor activity, promotional programs and new competitor brand launches. Develop action plans to counter act competitor activities.
- Putting in place, monitor and improve processes to link Marketing activities with the activities of the Sales team. Work closely with the Head of Marketing and Trade Marketing team to improve processes that link brand building activities with Sales activities
- Work closely and cohesively with the Brand principal(S)
- Effectively lead and develop a team of young, energetic Marketing professionals.
Yêu cầu
- University graduated, major in Marketing, Business administration, other related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years' experience within Marketing in the FMCG industry, prefer candidates have experience at the same position
- Strong reporting skills, numeric ability and sales analysis
- Strong management skills, strategic thinking, business acumen
- Superior skills in with Excel, Good skills in Word & PowerPoint
- Has good foundations and understanding of Trade Marketing and in-store and On-Premise activation
- Dynamic and capable of multi-tasking
- Pro-active, adaptive, and good follow-through
- Positive attitude, result oriented, resourceful, innovative,
- Be able to travel and work with minimum supervision as well as a team player
- Strong command of English in writing & speaking
