The Marketing Manager is responsible for:
• Developing the company's annual marketing strategy.
• Leading the development and execution of the marketing team to support the company's growth agenda.
• Implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads and enquiries from multiple target segment.
• Maintaining consistency and strength of the brand through all marketing and communications in the company.
This is a role with a high level of accountability. The key measures of success will be the number of new leads & enquiries generated, footfall at events and the efficiency of the marketing spend (ROI).
Strategic Marketing
• Develop a marketing strategy to support the company's growth, identify new markets for potential investors and clients, and create focused initiatives to drive leads.
• Develop the company's annual Marketing Plan and Budget to align with the company's strategic and long-term development goals.
• Regularly monitor competitor performance to support company development plans and marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Customer Relations and Director to nurture new leads through existing client feedback.
• Be responsible for reviewing and aligning marketing strategy in both offline and digital channels which includes but are not limited to: GoogleAds, Google Analytics, Google Business, Wordpress website, EDM, SEO, SEM, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), print ads, workshops and seminars.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with all marketing partners/agencies to ensure company's events and marketing strategy exploit all potential opportunities and are complementary to each other.
Tactile Marketing
• Ensure company branding and logo is being used in line with the Brand Guideline.
• Create and update brand guidelines to any and all elements pertaining to the company's branding, to ensure maximum message effectiveness and consistency.
• Oversee all aspects of the company's print and digital communications to ensure consistency and grow brand awareness.
• Manage external vendors and freelancers as needed.
• Manage and update all the production of marketing collateral including but not limited to: brochures, leaflets/flyers, postcards, business cards, notebooks, slide templates, standees and banners.
• Lead and plan online and offline events (workshops, seminars) planning with external partners to gain quality leads, increase client database and strengthen partnerships with various channels.
• Refresh and update the website with content and images regularly to improve the company's relevancy and profile in the industry.
• Launch email campaigns (EDMs) to existing and new clients to nurture and improve conversion and interest in the company's portfolio.
• Plan and deploy
digital marketing activities such as photo and video content for social media strategy, online campaigns, and website optimization.

This role requires an experienced marketing manager with a developed knowledge of the full marketing mix and multi-channel deployment; experience of developing campaigns, optimizing returns as well as leading and managing agency resources to generate outstanding work that achieves results.
• Bachelor's degree level in Marketing, Media, Communications or similar.
• 10+ years' corporate level marketing expertise who has experience in both message development and execution, gained in an environment where they have worked across multiple channels to multiple audiences.
• This role will be digitally savvy, being able to harness the digital environment to effectively engage with diverse client groups.
• This role will be an excellent copywriter with the ability to create and adapt tone of voice relevant to the audience whilst working within a professional and trustworthy style.
• This role will be empathetic with the Vietnamese community, able to tap into the needs of clients to share communications that are relevant and impactful to their immigration and investment journey.
• Strong attention to details and good ability to visualize the final product during the design process. Oversee all design projects, from conception to delivery.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Experience of managing the creative development process for digital and printed marketing including agency management & briefing, production, print, photography, etc.
• Good knowledge in offline and online advertising
• Experience in digital marketing
• Excellent communication skills
• Creative, active and accountable to KPIs
• Fluent in English and Vietnamese
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, ability to be flexible and resourceful.
