- The Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies for two
brands:
• Cơm Niêu Thiên Lý (CNTL): A restaurant chain offering traditional Vietnamese cuisine
• Thế Giới Sốt (TGS): An FMCG brand specializing in sauces and canned meat products
- This role is critical in ensuring brand growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across both
F&B and FMCG sectors.
Primary Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Brand Management
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for CNTL and TGS, aligning with business
objectives
• Build and strengthen brand positioning for CNTL in the F&B industry and TGS in the FMCG market
• Identify target customer segments and tailor strategies to increase brand awareness and loyalty
2. Campaign Management
• Plan and execute 360-degree campaigns, including digital, offline, and
trade marketing efforts
• Manage thematic campaigns for CNTL and product-specific promotions for TGS, focusing on high-
impact seasons like Tet
• Ensure cohesive messaging across all channels

Digital Marketing• Oversee the development and optimization of digital platforms, including websites, social media,
and e-commerce
• Collaborate with the
Digital Marketing Manager to drive performance on platforms like Google Ads,
Facebook Ads, and TikTok
• Develop strategies to grow online communities and engage audiences effectively
4. Trade & Distribution Support
• Work closely with the sales team to provide trade marketing support, including in-store activations,
POS materials, and distributor engagement for TGS
• Coordinate with franchisees and operations teams to implement localized campaigns for CNTL
branches
5. Market Research & Analysis
• Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify market trends and opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, using insights to improve ROI and optimize strategies
6. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams (e.g., operations, sales, and customer
service) and external agencies/vendors
• Guide and mentor team members to achieve departmental goals
• Present reports and strategic recommendations to the CEO
