Key Responsibilities
Brand Marketing
• Develop and execute brand strategies
• Plan annual and quarterly marketing activities
• Drive brand awareness and revenue growth
• Lead product launch campaigns and promotional activities
Digital Marketing• Manage advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and other platforms
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance and ROI
• Develop SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies
• Manage CRM and customer retention initiatives
E-commerce Marketing
• Develop marketing strategies for Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and other marketplaces
• Manage platform advertising and promotional campaigns
• Analyze sales performance and consumer behavior
• Coordinate platform events and sales campaigns
Influencer & Content Marketing
• Identify and manage KOL/KOC partnerships
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns
• Oversee content creation and brand communication
Team & Performance Management
• Manage marketing budgets
• Coordinate with external agencies and partners
• Set KPIs and evaluate marketing performance
• Lead and develop the marketing team
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
• Experience working in an E-commerce company is required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or equivalent role
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and analytics
• Fluent English communication skills (required)
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
