Job Description:
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing projects and events.
• Prepare and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.

Yêu cầu
• At least 3 years of managing winning teams that bring company strategies and plans into success (demonstrable data is required, such as dashboards or reports)
• Hands-on ability to do the work yourself, as you build the marketing
• Extremely proficient handle on metrics, particularly when it comes to costs and return on advertising spend
• Experience working with and building AI agent-based processes
• Fluent English and Vietnamese as you will be interacting frequently with both languages
