ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Marketing Operation Executive is responsible for daily monitoring and control of marketing performance, ensuring marketing spend stays within budget, preventing Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations, and resolving issues within SLA timelines. You will serve as the central coordination point across departments, deliver actionable data insights, and support data-driven decisions to kill, optimize, or scale offers in our affiliate ecosystem.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Performance Monitoring
• Monitor daily lead volume and marketing cost across Offers & GEOs to ensure performance aligns with approved targets.
• Identify performance deviations (lead drop, cost fluctuation) and proactively highlight potential risks.
• Ensure marketing cost remains within planned thresholds and performance KPIs are consistently tracked.
2. Offer & GEO Performance Control
• Track and evaluate performance of Key, Cost-sensitive, and Test Offers.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize, scale, or pause offers based on performance results.
• Coordinate lead allocation to ensure alignment with inventory capacity and prevent Out-of-Stock (OOS) situations.
3. Cross-functional Coordination & Issue Management
• Act as a coordination hub between Affiliate, Sales, Operations, Finance, and Tech teams to resolve performance-related issues.
• Monitor issue resolution progress and ensure compliance with SLA timelines.
• Escalate critical deviations or unresolved cases to the direct Manager when necessary.
• Maintain and update performance and SLA tracking dashboards.
4. Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports highlighting key metrics, deviations, and action plans.
• Analyze recurring issues and support root-cause analysis to improve operational efficiency.
• Support forecasting and performance tracking initiatives under the guidance of the Performance Marketing Operations Manager.
Yêu cầu
• 2+ years in Performance Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, or E-commerce Operations
• Hands-on experience with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, CRM, or BI tools is strongly preferred
• Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong ability to calculate and interpret key metrics: CPL, ROI, lead volume, conversion rate
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing mechanics (commissions, lead routing, compliance)
• Strong data-driven & systems-thinking mindset
• Excellent follow-up discipline - no issue left behind
• Clear communicator, effective cross-department collaboration
• Calm under pressure, proactive problem-solver, thrives in fast-paced settings
