The Marketing Specialist, Aqua supports the
Marketing Manager in planning and executing marketing activities that support the growth of ADM's aquaculture business across Asia, with a primary focus on Vietnam, supporting both aquafeed and FAI businesses. The role helps implement integrated marketing programs that strengthen brand visibility, support customer engagement, and contribute to commercial growth objectives.
The position assists with day-to-day marketing execution, including social media and digital content, brand and product campaigns, event and exhibition support, and coordination of marketing materials. Working closely with Commercial & Technical teams, the role ensures marketing activities and materials are aligned with market needs and business priorities.
• Execute and coordinate marketing initiatives for ADM Aquaculture across Asia, with a primary focus on the Vietnam market, ensuring alignment with business priorities and commercial objectives
• Partner with Commercial, Technical, and Product Management teams to identify business opportunities, customer needs, and marketing priorities.
• Gather and analyze market, competitor, and customer insights across key aquaculture segments to support tactical marketing activities and internal decision-making
• Manage social media activities for the aquaculture business, including content planning, content calendars, campaign coordination, and performance monitoring
• Assist in planning and executing marketing events, including trade shows, aquaculture industry conferences, customer seminars, and other related activities
• Localize and adapt global and regional marketing materials for Asia markets, with a primary focus on Vietnam, while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards
• Support marketing procurement and logistics processes, including PR/PO follow-up, coordination with suppliers, and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
• Carry out other marketing-related duties as assigned to support the effective implementation of aquaculture marketing activities
Yêu cầu
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science or other related disciplines
Experience
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within aquaculture, animal nutrition, agribusiness
• Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing programs across multiple markets, preferably within Asia
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in social media management &
digital marketing, including content execution and performance tracking
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and geographies.
Skills & Competencies
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate and localize materials accurately
• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams, Power BI) and familiar with marketing tools, digital platforms, and online applications
• Well-organized with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline -driven environment
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently while fostering collaboration across regional teams
Other Requirements
• Willingness and availability to travel across Asia, including Vietnam, to support customer engagements, trade shows, industry conferences, seminars, and business meetings
