Job Purpose
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing integrated marketing activities to strengthen the Green Chicken brand presence across digital platforms and offline channels. This role plays a key coordination function between Marketing HQ, Sales teams, and external partners to ensure consistent brand communication and effective customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Digital Marketing & Content Management
• Manage and grow the Green Chicken fanpage (Facebook and other platforms), ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content.
• Develop monthly content calendars, captions, and campaign ideas aligned with marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with De Heus Marketing team for artwork, visuals, and video production.
• Monitor page performance (reach, engagement, conversion) and optimize content accordingly.
2. Branding & In-store Visibility
• Work closely with Sales teams to enhance brand visibility across MT (Modern Trade) and HoReCa channels.
• Develop and implement POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials), including signage, displays, and branding materials.
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all retail and distribution points.
3. Customer Engagement
• Manage all customer interaction channels including Zalo OA, email, Facebook inbox, and comments.
4. Trade & Consumer Marketing Activities
• Collaborate with Sales teams to plan and execute
trade marketing programs (promotions, in-store campaigns).
• Support the development of consumer marketing activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Monitor effectiveness of campaigns and provide post-activity evaluation reports.
5. Marketing Asset Management
• Manage inventory and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and promotional gifts.
• Ensure all marketing assets are up-to-date, properly branded, and available to support sales activities.
• Maintain proper tracking and reporting of marketing asset usage.

1. Sales Support
• Support Sales teams in managing Promotion Girls (PG) in supermarket
2. SOP & Customer Experience
• Manage and ensure compliance with SOPs related to customer visits to Green Chicken facilities
