DESCRIPTION:
The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing integrated marketing activities to strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. This role works closely with Sales, Product,
Trade Marketing, and external partners to deliver effective marketing campaigns, events, branding initiatives, and communication materials that align with Milwaukee Tool's brand standards and business objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Digital Content & Marketing
- Plan, create, and execute digital content across social media, websites, video platforms, and other digital channels.
- Develop content calendars and manage content production to support brand awareness, customer engagement, product launches, and lead generation objectives
- Produce photo and video content, including filming, editing, and preparing marketing materials in line with the content calendar.
- Coordinate with the internal stakeholders to develop, localize, and maintain marketing assets, including social media posts, articles, videos, landing pages, EDMs, and other digital assets.
- Manage and optimize digital channels to maintain consistent brand presence and audience engagement.
- Monitor content and
digital marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
2. Campaigns & Events Management
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, dealer events, and end-user activities across the Southern region.
- Develop campaign concepts, communication materials, and activation plans aligned with business objectives.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for future improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to maximize campaign impact and customer engagement.
3. Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
- Manage the production and deployment of POSM, displays, and promotional materials.
- Work closely with channel partners to ensure consistent brand execution across touchpoints.
- Support source and manage external suppliers, agencies, printers, production houses, and event vendors.
- Ensure marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
4. Brand Management & Marketing Communications
- Ensure all marketing materials and communications comply with Milwaukee global brand guidelines.
- Support product launches, promotional initiatives, and brand-building activities across online and offline channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
5. Other Duties
- Support ad hoc marketing projects and assignments as required by the Marketing Supervisor.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Trade Marketing,
Brand Marketing, or related functions.
• Experience in B2B, industrial tools, construction, retail, or related industries is an advantage.
• Experience in digital content creation, campaign execution, event coordination, and vendor management.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing channels, and content management.
• Basic photography, videography, and video editing skills. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar tools is preferred.
• Fluent Vietnamese and good command of written and spoken English.
• The ability to refine other people's ideas and come up with new ones to create a highly designed visual experience.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs to customers.
• Well organized, responsible, and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time.
• Ability to travel and work flexibly according to the company's requirements.
• Diligent, proactive, and self-motivated in work.
• Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
