We're looking for a
Marketplace Operations Executive
to join the project and contribute to the growth of its e-commerce business!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Marketplace Operations:
Manage daily marketplace operations, including product listings, pricing, promotions, inventory, content accuracy, and campaign execution.
Order & Fulfillment:
Monitor order processing and fulfillment; coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service partners to resolve issues and track service levels.
Sales Performance:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports; analyze sales trends, traffic, conversion rates, and operational metrics to recommend improvements.
Commercial Support:
Support pricing, promotions, and assortment strategies; handle marketplace partner requests and coordinate campaign execution and media uploads with Marketing.
Compliance & Governance:
Follow CCI policies and information security requirements, use company systems appropriately, and maintain business confidentiality.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
College degree or above in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1.5-2 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, or business operations.
Hands-on experience with major e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Strong English proficiency and fluency in Mandarin are preferred (official certificates or degrees are not required)

WHAT WE OFFER
💰
Salary:
16,000,000 VND/month gross.
2-month probation at 90% of the base salary.
Potential for a shortened probation period for high-performing candidates.

WORKING SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, with WFH support available.
Days off: Saturday afternoons, Sundays, and public/Tet holidays.
