Support the development of Mastige color cosmetics and makeup tools from idea to launch, under guidance of the
Brand Manager and senior team members: research, concept, factory work, samples, packaging, testing, launch, and improvement.
1. Key responsibilities
• Track makeup and skincare trends, new launches, and competitors across E-commerce (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Sephora, Olive Young, Amazon) and global data (Rakuten, Euromonitor...).
• Understand consumers' insight via reviews, videos, and groups: texture, finish, wear time, oil control..., and find the blank space for a new product.
• Support product definition: who it is for, main benefits, benchmark, price, size, and key difference.
• Propose targets: performance, sensory feel, quality level, price, and launch timing.
• Draft claim suggestions and the proof or test each claim would need, for review and approval by the Brand Manager and QA/QC & Compliance.
• Write clear Product Briefs: target experience, claims, sensory and ingredient direction, quality baseline.
• Support sample rounds: send requests, collect and record evaluation feedback, and follow up revisions under guidance from the Brand Manager or senior team members.
• Coordinate with suppliers on timeline, MOQ, and cost information; cost trade-off decisions are made by the Brand Manager.
• Collect and organize standard factory documents such as INCI, COA, TDS, and test reports, and flag missing or unclear information to Brand Manager or QA/QC.
• Support QA/QC and Brand Manager in collecting product specifications, inspection criteria, and defect standard inputs for mass production readiness.
• Coordinate test reports for product safety and claims with Regulatory.
• Support packaging input preparation, including front claims, usage instructions, warnings, selling points, and product information under guidance from the Brand Manager or senior team members.
• Help check consistency among product information, claim direction, supporting documents, packaging copy, and actual sample experience.
• Support finalization of packaging and product information with Design, Legal, QA/QC, and factories before mass production.
• Prepare product information, sample status, packaging updates, selling points, and basic training materials for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Collect post-launch performance feedback, issues, and improvement ideas, then report them to the Brand Manager or senior team members for review.
• Perform other related duties, projects, or assignments as assigned by company management based on business needs.

Yêu cầu công việc
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Development, Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
● 0-2 years of experience in product development, marketing, R&D coordination, buying, sourcing, QC, beauty retail, or related functions.
● Interest in color cosmetics and makeup tools, with a good sense of texture, finish, wear time, oil control, usability, and product quality.
● Detail-oriented and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple products, samples, suppliers, documents, and deadlines.
● Basic understanding of ingredients, packaging, product documents, and the OEM/ODM process is a plus.
● Good Excel / Google Sheets skills for tracking, comparison, and reporting.
● Good problem-solving skills and structured thinking; able to coordinate tasks across teams under guidance.
● Familiar with AI tools to support research, comparison, documentation, and first-draft summaries; outputs are checked before use.
● Good written and spoken English for supplier emails, product documents, briefs, samples, and timelines.
● Flexible and quick to adapt to changing briefs and timelines.
