Mô tả công việc
- In charge of direct BOM materials purchase orders releasing, suppliers management to ensure customers' order fulfillment and satisfy.
- Monitor daily delivery schedule for suppliers to arrange shipments on time. Make sure no shortage of direct BOM materials for production planning, inventory control etc. to ensure uninterrupted supply of goods to customers.
- Support New Project Development program, follow up NPD orders and deliveries to meet new products launch.
- Identify delivery risk up front (such as suppliers' capacity, manpower, raw materials, 2nd level supplier's risk) and resolution to ensure suppliers' on time delivery. Escalate to manager for solutions and updates.
- Reporting suppliers' performance, capacity utilization, critical components RYG report, inventory control, excess & obsolete report to SCM manager regularly.
Yêu cầu
5 years and above work experience in material planning, supplier/demand management, inventory control role, knowledge in shipping and logistics or specializing in supply chain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly pro-active, calm under pressure, re-act to change well, result oriented, self-motivated, committed, independent and good time management skills.
- Great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management and employee motivation, etc.
- Be good at Microsoft Office, such as Powerponit, word, excel, especially for all related excel operate formula. Best familiar with Oracle system.
- Good oral and written communication in both English and Vietnamese, best in Chinese.
