Material Management Officer

1. Daily Operation Management:
- Support to ensure contractor readiness to serve Material Management, billing and general store operation.
- Perform works information system (SAP, OPPA, ROOTS, AllPay, E-smart).
- Train, ensure for contractor and new member well knowledge for all kind of chemical at store.
- Support to achieve KPIs:
• Inventory level
• Goods receive and transfer correctness
• On-time payment
• Accident
- Physical receive and transfer raw materials/ packaging materials/ chemicals according to assignment.
- Perform GR on SAP, process payment on ALLPAY according to assignment.
- Create and submit purchase order for PPE based on the demand and inventory, receive, stored and distribute (ROOTS) according to assignment.
- Implement and monitor the working safety and environmental hygiene of works in Chemical Storage area (5S activities, BBS, Chemical Storage regulation)
2. Prepare procedure for operation phase (SOP document and other training materials)
3. Perform safety, environmental, and energy work according to the company's policies, rules and regulations, and legal requirements.
4. Participate in productivity improvement activities according to the company's policies.
5. Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
