Information Collection
Compile raw material information and create style-level master charts from development TP/BOM.
Verify RMDS details (MOQ, price, lead time) from customer versus T2, and resolve discrepancies with Product team and T2.
Gather vendor-provided data on material risks, limitations (heat, washing), testing reports, quality approvals, production allocations, and new material requirements.
Quality Management
Arrange in-house lab tests for quality concerns, monitor results, and conduct heat application testing with trim vendors.
Submit fabric for customer quality approvals as needed.
Buy Ready Preparation
Update material dashboards, recap meetings, and track pending issues.
Confirm vendor material quality and lab dip approvals before marking "Buy Ready."
Prepare and release supporting documents for buy-ready approval.
Support & Coordination
Evaluate suppliers per ISO standards, set up the material library in ERP, and assist teams as assigned.
Participate in cross-functional meetings, management updates, and training.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· University majoring in textile technology or related field/
· Microsoft Office Certificate & do well on Excel
· Understand ERP or any similar data system management
· English certificate - Well understand in reading/ writing, listening, and rather in communication
· Good understanding for material
purchasing procedure & process
· Good understanding for material consumption calculate
· Basic knowledge & understand for garment field/
· At least >1 Years of experience or with the same position in company
