Mô tả công việc
Understand the process of contact and working with customers, record and process the customer's request for ideas, products.
Get survey request from department heads, from the sale dept., or directly from the customer, plan time go & prepare of tools (calipers, tape measure, form FER, cameras ...), contact the customer on time, to conduct surveys and make FER confirm the technical requirement of the drawings with customers, sending it to sales dept., quotation.
Understand Requests for the design, 2D drawing processes: receive the Job No from the manager, to build 3D drawings, check the texture, more detailed fabrication drawings (with full size dimensions, tolerances, and the requirements for deviations of the shape, position and surface roughness on the drawing).
Solve problems that arise regarding technical drawings in the process of implementing the Job No.
Collaborate with team members find solutions to complete the job.
Resolve questions, provide solutions to customers technical person.
Follow FER customer list, update information on the old project and explore potential projects coming from customers.
Make the Job Checklist every week & plan for next week.
Self-updating, improvement and professional knowledge.
Carry out other requests from board of director (BOD).
Yêu cầu
At least a college degree or at least 1 year experience in charge of mechanical designer
Well-organized, critical thinking, attitude willing to learn and willing to do
Good command of English is a plus
Good in Autocad & Solidwork
