Mechanical Engineer (Footwear Industry)

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field
• Candidates with strong hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing environments will also be considered.
Experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment
• Experience in process-driven industries such as foam, plastics, polymer, or similar is preferred
• Experience in equipment installation, commissioning, or ramp-up is a strong advantage.
Skills
• Strong knowledge of mechanical high pressure systems, TCU and HPU
• Experience in preventive maintenance and equipment troubleshooting
• Ability to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work effectively on the shopfloor
• Data analysis, problem analysis and problem solving
• Good English communication skills.
