Mô tả công việc
- Design, develop, and review/check the designs/documentation of the Heating, Cooling & Ventilation systems of the projects.
- Provide technical advice/input/solution relevant to the mechanical systems.
- Complete design works for projects independently &/or within the team.
- Applying the international standards for mechanical systems such as ASHRAE to the project design smoothly.
- Mobilize and coordinate with the upper management the relevant project resources and related issues by the project plan.
- Manage & coordinate the work with Third-party companies when it's necessary.
- Report the project progress and performance in a timely manner to the management.
Yêu cầu
* Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- B.Sc. or above in Mechanical Engineering or relevant.
- Minimum of 4-6 years post BSc qualification experience in designing.
- Knowledge of regulations, and building codes especially offshore regulations governing large construction projects.
- Sufficient general knowledge of mechanical design techniques.
- Specific knowledge about design and documentation related to his / her discipline.
- Understanding of the overall coordination work inside any project by the ability to read the other drawings/documents of the projects like Structure, Architecture & MEP.
- Admire teamwork and work in good manners and ethics.
* Technical requirement
- Good at both drafting skill and designing skills.
- Working experience with Mechanical International Standards including but not limited to ASHRAE, ICC, and alike.
- Information analysis & handling.
- Understanding of the overall coordination work inside any project by the ability to read the other drawings/documents of the projects like Structure, Architecture & MEP.
- Checking and supervising the ability.
- Training/coaching and mentoring capacity.
* Software skills
- Excellent skills in designing MEP Software and BIM Platforms such as REVIT, AutoCAD 2D/3D, and one of the design platforms (Trace 700, Hap & alike).
- Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.
* English skills
- Confident in communication with expatriates.
- Able to study English documents
