Job Description:
● Am hiểu và tư vấn sản phẩm của Geniee tới khách hàng là các chủ sở hữu website (Publisher)
● Chủ động tìm hiểu, tiếp cận khách hàng tiềm năng với những cách tiếp cận đa dạng khác nhau. Thuyết trình các cơ hội quảng cáo hiệu quả và một cách có chiến lược tới các khách hàng Publisher. Bao gồm các cơ hội quảng cáo mà các chủ website không có lợi thế.
● Chịu trách nhiệm làm việc trực tiếp, xây dựng quan hệ hợp tác bền vững với khách hàng
● Tìm kiếm khách hàng mới (các Publisher), làm việc trực tiếp với các publisher Theo dõi, phân tích và tư vấn cho khách hàng các giải pháp tối ưu hoá doanh thu
● Điều phối các nguồn lực bên trong và ngoài để cung cấp giải pháp hỗ trợ hiệu quả nhất cho khách hàng
● Phối hợp chặt chẽ với quản lý trực tiếp và các phòng ban liên quan nhằm đảm bảo hiệu quả hoạt động
● Understanding Geniee's services from an intellectual and applied perspective; transfer that knowledge to clients - website owner (Publisher).
● Acquiring new publishers using multiple approaches. Effectively and strategically present advertising opportunities to Publisher clients. This includes advertising opportunities that the Publisher partner is not currently taking advantage of.
● Looking for new Clients (Publishers), Working directly with Publisher partners to build relationship and provide excellent customer service.
● Optimizing, tracking and analysing client performance with the suggestion made to the client in terms of increase performance.
● Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide Publisher client ultimate support.
● Responsible for developing strong and effective working relationships with other departments and a direct supervisor
Yêu cầu
Job requirements:
● Có kinh nghiệm trong việc chạy quảng cáo hoặc quản lý chiến dịch với các dịch vụ truyền thông số, mạng lưới quảng cáo hoặc quảng cáo online là một lợi thế
● Có kinh nghiệm về nghiên cứu thị trường, marketing là một lợi thế
● Sử dụng thành thạo tiếng Thái: nghe, nói, đọc, viết.
● Chỉ chấp nhận công dân Việt Nam định cư lâu dài tại Việt Nam
● Experience in online ad-ops and/or campaign management within a digital media agency, ad network or online publisher is a plus
● Numerate and analytical: Understand online performance metrics and advertising investment decisions is a plus
● Thai language is a must
● Vietnamese/Permanent residents ONLY
Employment Package:
● Mức lương: $350 - $700
● Thưởng: Thưởng cá nhân hàng tháng khi đạt đủ chỉ tiêu doanh số
● Thời gian làm việc: 9am - 6pm (1 tiếng nghỉ trưa) từ thứ 2 - Thứ 6

● Thưởng quý: Lên đến 50% lương gross
● Ký hợp đồng không thời hạn

● Salary: $350 - $700
● Commission: Individual commission when reaching monthly sales target.
● Working hour: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.

● Quarterly bonus: up to 50% of monthly gross salary/quarter
