Purpose Lead the Media team to build content-driven growth engines for commerce. Oversee Content Factory, Performance Marketing, and other Marketing Services to ensure integrated execution that delivers both media ROI and commerce conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop media strategy to support commerce revenue targets (conversion-focused, not just awareness).
Lead and manage teams across Content Factory (Media Assets, Live, Affiliates), Performance Marketing, and Marketing Services.
Design and monitor KPIs (ROI of Media → Commerce, conversion rates, O2O activations).
Collaborate with Commercial team and Ecom Ops team to ensure alignment between content, media spend, and sales performance.
Optimize budget allocation across paid media, affiliate, live, and content production.
Stay ahead of industry trends (short-form, livestream, affiliate commerce) and apply to campaigns.
Recruit, develop, and mentor media team leaders.
Yêu cầu
7+ years in digital/media/e-commerce marketing with leadership experience.
Proven track record in performance-driven media, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG.
Strong commercial mindset: able to link media investments to revenue outcomes.
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams (content + paid media + affiliates).
Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
