Own end-to-end project management for all Media & Video deliverables, including Paid Media campaigns and Short Video content, across multiple brand partners simultaneously; maintain master timelines, flag risks, and drive on-time delivery.
Build and operationalize project management systems (trackers, WIP frameworks, escalation protocols) that provide the team and leadership with real-time visibility into project status, resource allocation, and delivery progress.
Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and capacity constraints proactively; coordinate resource allocation across sub-teams (Media, Short Video, Creators) to prevent delivery failures.
Lead post-campaign retrospectives to capture delivery learnings, update SOPs, and continuously improve the team's operational standards.
Own quality control across all service outputs, ensuring deliverables meet brief requirements, brand guidelines, and internal quality standards before client-facing release.
Develop and maintain quality checklists, review gates, and approval workflows for each service line; enforce these consistently across the team.
Collaborate with service leads to define quality benchmarks for each deliverable type and track compliance over time.
Act as the primary operational point of contact for assigned brand partners, managing day-to-day communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution with professionalism and responsiveness.
Lead campaign kick-off meetings, status updates, and delivery review sessions with brand partners; prepare and present project status reports in a clear and commercially relevant format.
Anticipate client needs and potential friction points; proactively communicate scope changes, timeline adjustments, or quality risks before they escalate into larger issues.
Maintain strong client relationships that build trust and confidence in OnPoint's operational capability, supporting retention and upsell opportunities.
Yêu cầu
3-5 years of experience in project management, account management, or operations, ideally within a media agency, e-commerce platform, content production, or
digital marketing environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with competing deadlines; strong proficiency in project management tools.
Experience in client servicing or key account management, with the ability to manage brand partner relationships end-to-end, from project kick-off through delivery and post-project review.
Solid understanding of media and content production workflows, including how Paid Media campaigns and Short Video projects are planned, executed, and measured.
Strong quality orientation with exceptional attention to detail; committed to excellence and capable of building systems that institutionalize quality rather than relying solely on individual effort.
Comfortable working cross-functionally within a fast-scaling, high-growth organization and taking ownership of challenges from identification through resolution.
Clear and confident communicator, able to translate operational complexity into concise client-facing updates and escalate issues internally with precision and appropriate urgency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
