Job Summary
The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and driving sales of the company's nutrition product portfolio within the hospital/ETC channel across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in nutrition products, particularly within the hospital/ETC channel, along with strong communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals. This role is critical to achieving sales objectives, expanding product adoption, and strengthening the company's reputation within the hospital and ethical (ETC) market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Product Promotion:
• Proactively promote the company's nutrition product portfolio to target healthcare professionals and hospital pharmacists.
• Conduct effective sales calls and presentations to introduce products, provide scientific information, and address professional inquiries.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets for the territory.
2. Territory & Customer Management:
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key customers and opinion leaders in the assigned territory.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to support their clinical practice.
• Manage and update customer information, call activities, and sales data in the company's CRM system.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy:
• Stay updated on the latest clinical nutrition developments, product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities within the hospital and healthcare sectors.
• Provide feedback and market insights to the
Area Sales Manager and Marketing team to help refine sales strategies.
• Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and medical conferences.
4. Compliance & Ethics:
• Ensure all sales and promotional activities strictly comply with the regulations of the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) and the company's ethical guidelines.
• Uphold the highest standards of professional conduct and integrity in all interactions.
